How do I book The Freckled Fork for an event?
Send the date, the venue, the head count and the occasion through the form or by email. You will get a first menu and a quote; a 50% deposit holds the date.
How far in advance should I book a private chef or caterer?
A few weeks for a dinner at home, longer for a wedding, and earliest of all for holiday seasons. Ask anyway if the date is close.
Do you serve areas outside NYC, like the Hamptons or Hudson Valley?
Yes, by arrangement. Retreats and travel are part of what we do, and travel is quoted with the event.
How do I get a quote for private chef, catering, or brand strategy services?
Write to hello@thefreckledfork.com with what you need and when. Dinners and events are quoted as one figure after a short call; strategy and consulting start with a look at what you already have.
